About Aberdeen

Aberdeen Asset Management Limited is the Australian subsidiary of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC, a global business managing assets for third parties. Our business is the active management of financial assets, chiefly equities, fixed income, property and multi-asset portfolios.

Aberdeen commenced operations in Australia in December 2000 and has grown strongly through acquisition and organic growth since that time.

The Sydney office manages the Group's Australian and New Zealand assets for a range of global and domestic clients including listed investment companies, managed investment schemes and segregated mandates. In addition, the office provides local institutional and wholesale clients access to the Group's wider investment capabilities including domestic, regional and international equity products, domestic and international fixed interest products and a range of multi-asset products.
